How can I track my order?
You'll receive a shipment email with a tracking number to follow your order.

We ship to the US only.

We ship from our US warehouse.
Can I exchange my products for something else?
You can exchange within 30 days of delivery (for US orders). Please see our Refund Policy for details on how to start your exchange.
Can I add something to my order?
Please place a new order to add items. After placing your order we start the warehouse process immediately, so it's not possible to modify. This helps us make sure you get your order as fast as possible.
Can I change the colour/size of what I ordered?

What size do you recommend?
Please refer to our sizing charts. All loungewear products (hoodies, sweats, lounge) are designed slightly oversized.
How do I care for my products?
Machine wash, warm water, inside out, with similar colours. Tumble dry on a low heat.
